With over 4 years of experience and certified training from Balloons By Luz Paz Academy, we specialize in creating custom balloon arrangements that bring color, creativity, and joy to every celebration—from small gatherings to grand events.

Our simple process
1. Submit an Inquiry Form
Start by filling out our [inquiry form] with your event details, including date, location, and type of balloon decor you’re interested in.
2. Wait for a Response
We’ll respond within 48 hours (make sure to check your spam folder just in case!).
3. Quick Phone Consultation
We’ll schedule a quick call to go over your event, answer any questions, and finalize design and logistics.
4. Receive Your Invoice
After our call, we’ll send over an invoice for a 50% deposit to officially reserve your event date.
6. Installation or Pickup
We’ll either deliver and install your balloons on the event day or have your order ready for pickup at our McKinney location — depending on what you selected.
We can help you make it unforgettable!
We use high-quality materials, but we cannot guarantee balloons will last after pickup or delivery due to conditions beyond our control. If we accidentally pop a balloon during setup or delivery, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Yes! We’re happy to deliver and install your balloon setup as long as your order meets our $300 minimum (equivalent to 12 feet of balloon garland or items of similar value).
Pricing depends on size, style, and complexity. Our balloon garlands are priced per foot, so having measurements of your space helps us provide an accurate quote.
Delivery fees are based on the distance from zip code 75070.
Party Pop Balloons is based in McKinney, TX, and we serve surrounding areas including Collin and Dallas Counties.
While we use professional-quality balloons, we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last after delivery due to weather, surfaces, and other factors.
Indoor garlands can last for weeks if kept away from heat and direct sunlight.
Outdoor balloons may not last as long, especially in Texas heat (May-October), so we highly recommend indoor or shaded setups.
Installation time varies based on the design, but we try to pre-inflate as much as possible to keep setup under an hour when we can.
We prefer to use existing anchor points, but if needed, we use removable 3M Command hooks. We also offer freestanding options and backdrops when wall attachment isn’t possible.
– Custom Installations: Reschedule at least one week before your event and we’ll apply your deposit to a future date. Deposits are non-refundable.
– Grab & Go Orders: Must be rescheduled at least one week in advance.

Yes! You can pick up your order from 2716 Woodson Dr, McKinney, TX 75072. We offer garlands-to-go and helium bundles.
Important: Please arrive in an empty SUV – no car seats, boxes, or equipment – to safely transport your balloons.
All Grab & Go garlands come with hanging instructions. We also offer an optional install kit for easy setup.
Absolutely! You can choose balloon colors, tassel styles, and even personalize messages on your balloons.
Takedown is not included, but we do offer it for an additional fee. If you’re interested, just mention “takedown service” when booking.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Not sure what you want yet? You can reserve your date with a $200 deposit and decide on the details later! Orders within 7 days of the event incur a $75 rush fee.
